Casa Alegria is a beautiful villa set in the peaceful hills in the south of Ibiza. The property looks south across wonderful views of pine covered hills, the Mediterranean sea and the neighboring island of Formenterra. Although not isolated Casa Alegria is very private, quiet and secluded in beautiful gardens at the end of its own gated drive.

Overview

The villa has four double bedrooms arranged over three floors and lots of spacious areas in which to eat and relax, both inside and out. There is a wonderful pool and barbecue area at the front of the property and the whole villa is surrounded by a large private garden. Located between San Jose (Sant Josep), and the coast at Es Cubells, the villa is ideally situated for easy access to some of the best beaches on the island and wide choice of shopping, restaurants and other amenities.

Ground Floor

Self contained apartment with large sleeping area, kitchenette, sitting area and shower room.

French doors from the apartment open up onto a large sun terrace at the front of the villa, which leads to the pool and barbecue area. Below the pool area is a large sun deck ideal for playing boules.

Main Floor

Kitchen, WC, dining area, large sitting area, two double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and family bathroom.

To the rear and side of the villa there are a number of shady areas outside for eating and relaxing.

Master bedroom with en suite shower room and wonderful views down to the sea, which is accessed via an outside staircase and walking across the flat roof.
